There is an new rule on parking.  It prohibits parking on your lawn.  It doesn’t look good and it saves your irrigation system from damage.  See document under Rules and Regs.

New Minutes, January Financial Reports and 2010 Landscape Calendar are now ready for your perusal.

HP Annual Meeting will be held April 17, 2010 at 10 AM at the Northside Baptist Church, 2501 North College.  Look for the letter from CSS with all the info.  You will have it by March 17, 2010.  This year 3 board positions need to be filled.

Landscape Care Calender for 2010

1.  Our two bridges are made for  FOOT or BICYCLE traffic ONLY. 

2.  The bridges will be power washed and stained as soon as the weather warms up.
